- AEAshley EllisMay 15, 20241.0I called the culver Indiana location to place a carry out order for 3 footlongs and a pizza at 720pm. I was told they don’t do orders over the phone unless it’s a very small order. That I need to use the app. That they DO NOT do phone orders. (Last week I placed an order via phone call with no issues.) I also had a coupon to use that wouldn’t online. Then my fiancé went down to order in person got our 3 sandwich’s and asked for a pizza and was told “this is a sandwich place I’m not making a pizza” let’s just say my 3 year old was insanely let down. As someone who has managed subways for years this is unacceptable and pure laziness. Please have this crew do better.
