  Ordered #3 10 PCs nugget (cold) substituted fries for baked potato, Baked potato ( cold ) cheese didn't even melt But real question is since I substituted a baked potato for 🍟 why was there 🍟 in the bag? Yesterday I ordered a chicken sandwich no lettuce ( Lettuce was on it)

  I have honestly had pretty bad experiences at this location, but this has been my first time back in a few months and I have to say, I think they’ve really stepped up their game. They are newer and I’m sure just having some normal growing pains, but I feel like they have taken a lot of negative feedback really well and have tried to do better. This time, the food came out quick, was still hot when we got home, and tasted great! Will definitely be back to give them another try

  I’ve gone here several times now out of convenience. I have never left this store without missing something. Either the order is wrong, missing something, or I’m missing spoons, straws, or sauces to eat. So it makes it difficult to eat the frosties and dip nuggets. Of drink your drink. Last time I asked for some extra sauce and they wanted to charge 50 cents each. I declined and then I ended up receiving no sauce at all for all my kids nuggets. I will not be going here again as every time I have we’ve had we can’t eat our food or we just don’t get what we ordered.

  I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this location truly deserves one. Every time I come here the service is consistently friendly and welcoming. The staff is always kind, patient, and genuinely seems to care about customers, which is rare these days. The management also does an amazing job. They’re personable, attentive, and you can tell they run a happy team. I’ve been coming often enough that they actually remember my name, and that level of friendliness makes a quick stop feel a lot more personal. It’s always clean, my orders are accurate, and the atmosphere is just positive overall. You can tell this location takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend stopping here!

  I don’t think there’s been a single time I’ve visited this Winfield location that the fries were served remotely warm. This recent time they were inedible. Paying $10 for chicken nuggets, cold fries and a drink is the world we live in apparently. Not planning on going back.
