  I was so excited that a new Panera opened up closer to me, but it kind of seems like a Panera Express. I just had soup this time, but when I spend $22 for a meal and a drink, I expect a real bowl and silverware like I am used to at other locations. The staff seems undertrained and not very professional. The layout is not great and it has concrete floors and no fireplace, which doesn’t give the cozy vibe I love about Panera. Other Paneras are a good place for a little lunch treat. But this felt like expensive takeout instead of a great value for a sit down experience. I am sure it’s fine for takeout, but I rarely get Panera takeout because of the cost. If I am spending $20+ I want a little vibe.

  I got a ciabatta cheesesteak and it was so amazing best sandwich i’ve ever had, great service. workers are so kind and friendly i loved the energy.

  I eat at Panera probably every single day – I’m a vegetarian and it’s one of the few options I can eat clean when I’m on the road. I waited so long for this Panera to open up and every time I’ve come here unfortunately I’ve been disappointed. They give you half the portion that you get at any other Panera and they are ridiculously slow. I don’t know if more training needs to be put in place so that they can develop better systems or what the problem is but there’s no reason that you should wait Three times as long as I’ve ever waited at any very busy Panera (a d they are only mildly busy) and then receive half the amount of portions - whether that has been in my salad and on my avocado toast. Get it together, Crown Point Panera please!

  Ordered the 4.99 mix and match deal, they way overcharged,didn't get a receipt so only know total. Then was told to go sit in a spot. Sat for 11 minutes before going inside ourselves. Food was handed to us sealed with a sticker, but no one brought it out? They said they have other orders coming in not just drive thru and have to do them as they come in?? All we ordered was 2 cups of soup (premade), a half salad and a half sandwich. Why it took 15 minutes for this is crazy. There was 7 workers and we were the only car that went through the drive through that whole time. Hopefully with time it gets better, but the set up of the parking lot is a mess.

  Who was the genius who decided to build the world's smallest Panera in such a busy area?! Good luck getting a table if you want to dine in!
