We didn’t think he worked there because he was in lounge clothes and opened toed shoes... I opened my lettuce wrapped burger and the lettuce was brown which was pretty disappointing. The fries weren’t filled how they normally are so it was just overall a poor experience tonight. We understand coming in late and workers needing to close however the entire representation of the company tonight was poor and seemed careless!

I know they're having some sort of wacky special but there is no excuse for refusing to take orders. The fries were very bad. They were greasy and small ends. I guess is because they were so busy with that wacky special. With the price they charge for food here, this is not acceptable at all.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
