  I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this location truly deserves one. Every time I come here the service is consistently friendly and welcoming. The staff is always kind, patient, and genuinely seems to care about customers, which is rare these days. The management also does an amazing job. They’re personable, attentive, and you can tell they run a happy team. I’ve been coming often enough that they actually remember my name, and that level of friendliness makes a quick stop feel a lot more personal. It’s always clean, my orders are accurate, and the atmosphere is just positive overall. You can tell this location takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend stopping here!

  I don’t think there’s been a single time I’ve visited this Winfield location that the fries were served remotely warm. This recent time they were inedible. Paying $10 for chicken nuggets, cold fries and a drink is the world we live in apparently. Not planning on going back.

  Ordered 2 sandwiches one with no lettuce. It had lettuce. Ordered a 2nd to be a double made regular add bacon. Received none of the regular topping just bacon. Then ordered a chili with cheese onions and a hot chili sauce. You guessed it received just a chili no cheese no onions no hot sauce. I wish my wife would rather eat McDonald’s across the street.

  They saved our lives with the most fresh, hot, and delicious food cooked to order right before closing on 12/23. No one open late in this area so we'd be in bad shape without the dedicated, polite workers here. I'm so grateful I had to review since I saw so many bad reviews. Thank you for everything you do, even when it don't feel worth it you're seriously making a difference in this hard, cold world. I appreciate every single one of you!!! Thank you so much for exceeding expectations on fast food close to closing time!!!
