- DKDiane K6 days ago1.0The last 2 times we visited, the food was stale, like it was sitting out for hours and fresh by any means. The ice teas which were suppose to be sweet teas were watered down so much that they looked like a faint tea color. When asked, we were advised in a nasty tone that that is what sweet tea looks like. I was flabbergasted. Any other sweet tea from McDonald's is dark. Just nasty service and garbage food that went in the trash. Not to mention that the fries were cold and hard.

Usually I would understand when it is busy, but there was barley anyone there and the lobby was completely empty. So I pulled through the drive through to see if they were even working on it and they claimed it was never even placed. I look through the window and on the counter and there sits my order. The McFlurry was completely melted along with the smoothie. Safe to say I will NEVER be returning to this Mcdonalds.

- AUA Google UserJan 31, 20261.0Walked in and saw the dining room and walked out. Cold, uninviting, not a single employee at the counter. You can always tell when these stores are franchise owned because the soda fountain is hidden in the back so you can get a refill. Pennywise, pound foolish.
- BWbill wrightJan 20, 20262.0I waited by the counter for someone to take my order for a very long time as I watched people in the back look at me while walking back and forth. I waited so long I got frustrated and was about to leave when someone finally came out. After placing my order I was given a placard with the number on it. The placard said "have a seat we will bring your food to you". So I sat at a table with the number on the table and waited and waited for a VERY long time. There were only 2 other customers there. Finally I walked to the counter to complain about waiting so long and found my food sitting on the counter and no one around. (The number on the receipt on the bag matched the number on my receipt). So I sat down to eat. And the fries were cold and nasty. The burger was just kind of warm. I will say the place was very clean and well kept. Trash cans were all emptied. Seats were comfortable. But the food wasn't good and the service was terrible.
