She said i was the fourth person to come for it and so I was made to cancel which raised my cancellation rate and counted against me and then another employee came out to my car right after I canceled the order to tell me that it was there after all and I could come and get it but it was already too late because I already canceled it.. He came to my car while I was writing to Uber explaining that this wasn't my fault and I lost the chatbot thanks to the employee that came to my car when he requested information about the order and I had to go back into another part of the app to look at it. Thanks for screwing things up for me, Mcdonald's. I'll be avoiding this place due to the incompetency of the people here and the annoyance. The person in the drive through needs to slow down and be thorough and do her job more efficiently. Maybe she's just not ready for this job.
