They are terrible and then look at you crazy when you bring it back because this definitely isn't what I paid for. Straight trash!!!!!!!!

Lady making the sandwich asked him to ring me out and he said ya and was still on his phone. She was walking him through the process which is no big deal. So I was getting ready to pay and he was still on Snapchat just standing there. After he realized that he had to hit done the receipt printed and he walked away. Didn't hand me the receipt or say bye or anything. Always gone to the other Jimmy John's in crown point and after this I will make sure to.
