- SGshelley gentzNov 11, 20253.0Well it was the first time ordering food for me from a Five Guys restaurant and I was a little disappointed that the only way I could order food was online granite it was 11:00 at night but no driver speaker seriously? So I ended up sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes just trying to figure out how to order some food and then I had to connect my card to Google pay in order to pay for food which. I don't like having my card number in my phone or in the internet airwaves of Google. Also on the app to order the food there is no place where you can put special instructions like no salt rise because my fries were full of salt I couldn't even eat them however the burger was very amazing

They did it no problem with a smile. The food is great I've never had a bad burger from here. Highly recommended.

They made my order wrong and they did make me a new one when I came back but they had a look on them like I was the that messed up. I only go when I really have a craving jist because of the staff.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries.
