- NNNikkoFeb 1, 20262.0went there today and there were no customers in the drive thru but me. I ordered a medium frozen caramel coffee and waited about 7mins for my drink (which was fine i wasn’t in an hurry) i pulled off and noticed my drink was wrong (which was fine, it happens) i was given a frozen creme caramel and let them know in which they told me that was the drink i ordered, which it wasn’t. I pulled around and they “remade” the drink. I was given a melted drink that tasted exactly like the creme one i gave back almost as if it was just reblended -.- i ended up just tossing the drink out since i was on the way to work.
