I ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel and I received it minus the bacon egg and cheese. Not hard to read and make a sandwich people. Don't waste your time at this one. Go somewhere else.

My coffee is made perfectly every time, and the food is fresh and hot. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the team here actually cares about their customers — they greet you with a smile and make the morning rush so much easier. Definitely my favorite Dunkin to stop at!

Went in had them remake it and they put Carmel in it again and tried to tell me it's always been made with Carmel which I know for a fact it has never been made that way unless requested. Called to speak to manager and was told their wasn't one I'd have to call back tomorrow and I explained what they did wrong was interrupted by the lady with an attitude as she replied "yeah well how can I help you" and repeated herself. Screw that place I will never go back to that one. Y'all made a mistake purposely both times. I don't like Carmel if I did I would have ordered it!!
