  I asked for a medium lemonade with after shock with no ice and they refused to fill the cup completely since that is where the ice was supposed to go unless i paid double the price, absolutely horrible service called corporate and they did not care and said “they were right anything else you need” no care for costumers what so ever.

  I waited so long because it’s new to the area but it was exciting and then the drinks were delicious and I was actually surprised that I didn’t pay an arm and a leg. And then the lady at the window was so happy and bright. She was so sweet and it was just the cherry on top. They had police directing traffic at this location and I waited for around a half hour, but that doesn’t mean you will. They will ask for a tip at the end of your order too.

  I have been to this location every day since they opened! Not because of the tea I get (although eclipse black tea with extra strawberry boba is fire lol) it's for the crew that works there! They make you feel like family! They know me by name and know my order! lol it's hard to find employees like that! It's the little things that count like writing uplifting things on the cups! Great job Dutch Bros for putting together a Dream Team!

  “Pack a bag.” Pro tip: before pulling into the Dutch Bros drive-thru, go ahead and make a reservation at the hotel next door — you’re going to need it. Don’t let the “short” line fool you. Five cars ahead of you is not five minutes. It is never five minutes. It is a minimum 20-minute commitment to a lifestyle you did not sign up for. The coffee is fine. My will to live after waiting for it, less so.

  It's a drive thru coffee place. The atmosphere is the cars 🤣 I definitely like dutch bros better then their other competitors. Their prices are high but that's how all these coffee places are now, look at Dunkin. Got protein hopscotch latte this time and pretty good, doesn't taste like a protein coffee. I like their annihilator and golden eagle. I say if you don't wanna wait in the long car like, you can always park and walk up and order there. I literally only waited 6 minutes, if I was in the car line it would of take a half hour. The staff was nice but DO NOT BELIEVE THE STRAW THEORY. It's been proven to not be true. I got a green straw and I know I'm not unattractive.
