  service took way to long scrambling orders waited around 30 minutes for food, the place wasn't kept up to standards crumbs, hair, and meat stuck to tables

  Normally, I stick up for this restaurant because I know they have trouble with staffing but tonight I was doing a DoorDash order, waited forever, which is fine. There’s only two employees working. They were telling people through the drive-through that there was a 30 to 45 minute wait then all of a sudden one of the employees (the bald guy with a goatee) tells Josh” I’ll be back in in a little bit”. I’m assuming he’s going to take a break which I thought was odd seeing as how they’re so far behind or whatever , but no Josh informed another employee who was there off duty who came in to get drinks he told her that he sent that guy to go get alcohol for them for when they get off work !!!! Now you’re already behind on orders and you’re gonna apologize to customers for being behind but you’re gonna send your only help on an alcohol run during work time ??? Really !!! Oh and that guy never clocked out that’s some BS. I unassigned from the order and left! Truly absolutely horrible service and poor management!!

  I asked for a pintos and cheese and a drink and it took them about 5 or more minutes to make it and when I go to eat it , it has tomato, lettuce, onion in it Which ISNT right and I was HONGRY and when I saw what was In it I almost cried. I won’t go here again.

  I think it's dirty..the floor, bathrooms, fountain counter,tables all of it! My husband likes the food so when he wants to eat there I go to El Pompano's food truck in Ace hardwares parking lot and take it to Taco Bell to eat. ...they new management!!! 😬
