  This place has very poor leadership, they cannot make a sandwich the way you order. And it’s very simple, but everything rises and falls on leadership so these people must not be trained that well or held to a normal standard.

  BUYERS BEWARE. Ordered from the Corydon Jimmy John's over through the app. I had a gift card that and was unable to pay for through the app, so I placed the order as cash and thought I would just pay for it when I pick it up. When trying to pay for the meal at the register with a JIMMY JOHN'S gift card, was informed that their system does NOT accept the gift card. I can order on the app and pay for it with the card through the app, but the gift card is NO GOOD at the store. Have worked in retail for OVER 30 years and in my opinion, THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. So be aware that if you buy a Jimmy John's gift card, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT AT THE SORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I haven't been to Jimmy John's in about a year. I was looking forward to a yummy sandwich. Not sure what happened. Their bread used to be great. It tastes like subway's bread now. Yuck. They were stingy on the toppings. Very disappointed. I'm not sure if I'll be back.
