Arby's roast beef always good. The night time drive thru guy is fast, but sometimes has an attitude. Customer service means a lot, store could use some updates.

Two people ahead of us when we walked in. Apparently one girl taking care of customers walking in.
The first customer who was a lady, waiting on her order, finally received it and Apparently it wasn't correct. The second customer, a man who was already present when we arrived, they still had not taken his order when we got ready to leave. Needless to say, the server never said anything to us. The male customer was still waiting even after we waited 15+ mintutes. Read all of their other negative reviews, they want more info so you/they can reach to you. Apparently that doesn't work either or you wouldn't keep getting bad reviews. Another company or manager that doesn't care.

Walked in and had to stand around wondering if we were going to have to leave because there was nobody working the register. We ordered our food which was done pretty fast, but the fries were warmish, the mozzarella sticks smelled burnt as did the peach roll. Very disappointed in the fried foods but the sandwiches were great.
I love Arby's. I really do. But they rip you off on the amount of meat on their sandwiches. I stopped going there s few months ago when I weighed a half pound sandwich at home and it only weighed 6 ounces. It's supposed to be, according to the website, 8 full ounces of roast beef BEFORE the sauces, cheese and bun...

Asked when walked in shift manager if they allowed out service dog was told no so we left her in car. We ordered and got our tepid temperature food. Fries was not hot st all, ordered a supreme roast beef it barely had any meat on sandwich, kids meal was ok, we don't like to complain but probably not visiting this location again
