    Waited 50 minutes for two chicken burritos. Watched them send out at least 20 orders to drive thru and then cook came and told me he’s starting my order…. If I wanted to wait 50 minutes for breakfast I would’ve went to a sit down restaurant instead of “fast food” . Fresh food though…

    I ordered two chicken strips boxes and a couple Pup Cups. The young lady at the window asked if the dogs were in the car. I said no, i have been coming here for 20 years and my dogs have never been in the car. She said they had a new GM, who I asked to speak to and WOW. I can't believe they let this lady manage anything. She stormed to the window and when I asked when they changed the policy she said its always been the policy. I said, no, because i have been coming here for 20 years and its never been a problem. She sarcastically said "Well I am the GM and its policy now". I asked if I could just return all the food and she said "Over two pup cups really?" It wasn't about the pup cup but the rude and unprofessional behavior. I have also noticed over the last few weeks that you can't get through the drive thru in under 30m. So I will take my business elsewhere. Ms. Wheeler, I hope you find new employment soon that does not include front facing with customers.--- No I will not be visiting you again, let me know when the GM is gone and I might reconsider

    Usually understaffed and always short and rude. Today, I placed a mobile order on the way and found the lobby locked when we arrived, so we were forced to wait for 25 minutes in the drive through, only to be met with a condescendinf worker at the window.

    Went to have lunch with my family and we placed our orders and sat at a table. While waiting almost 20 minutes we still didn't get our food but evyone else got there before us when we were the first ones to order, fin after about 1 hours we got all food, its was a large fried and a 6 piece basket, when we got our food the basket had 3 pieces of chicken no toast and when went to have them them fix it , I stood in line for 15 mins and no one helped me. And after it got fixed something else went wrong and I had to wair more on them, I live this place and all but they went down , dairy queen ,you need to have better service.
