Told me I had to have the phone used to place the order (even though I’ve picked up orders she’s placed before without it) when I came back with the right phone my order was sitting on the counter already ice cold.

Ordered a Big Mac ,no cheese and seedless bun as I have thousands of times before and an unsweetened tea! After 20 minutes in which I had time to look about to see,dirty tables and a floor that had not been swept in a while, we got our food, my seedless bun quarter pounder consisted of a burger in a box an to wash it down, you got it if you said sweet tea!, When we took it back up to get a correct order we were met rudely by a manager who could care less! I waited another 15 minutes for my food which was cold! I will NOT ago back!
