- RGRebecca GoldenFeb 24, 20261.0Very angry with Pizza Hut in Columbus Indiana. I was passing through and staying at the hotel La Quinta with my family. Got in late and decided to order the ultimate hut bundle from pizza hut. Had trouble with the internet, so decided to call it in. It arrived much quicker then we expected(9:22pm), so that was nice, but our boneless chicken wings were missing. We paid in cash and gave a good tip to the driver for their speedyness. We didnt notice the wings were missing until after the driver left. I called the driver(9:24pm) and explained the problem. She said she would call the pizza hut and see what to do. At 9:37 i called the pizza hut because i hadnt heard back from either, very annoyed. My call went straight to automation and it said they were closed for the day! Even by 9:40, thats still 20 minutes BEFORE the website said they closed. So very unhelpful...so yah, i lost, cash, food, and patience. The pizza and breadsticks were good, but those wings were for a picky eater who doesnt like pizza, thanks alot columbus indiana pizza hut...
