    Best Taco Bell in Columbus, food is ALWAYS fresh, and delicious. They are by no means faster than 25th street(not slow either), but their food always makes up for it. Could bring a tear to my damn eye.

    Inside the store, you can only order through a kiosk. The employees are absolutely unwilling to talk to you, let alone help you if you're having difficulty with ordering. This Taco Bell offers ZERO customer service. When I spend $10, I expect $10 of customer service. Unwilling to do even the bare minimum? Thank you, I'll go elsewhere. Done with Taco Bell.

    Waited for my order for over 40 mins while staff ignored the lobby and worked on the drive thru. 2 tacos, not difficult. Hopefully the 10 ppl in the lobby with me that were waiting and asking for refunds also leave a review

    Seems like there is no more hustle in the kitchen and no motivation to please the costumer!? What happened out here? New owner new management what? Ust to be the only tacobell id go to in Columbus. Gonna change ordered online no hustle in kitchen!
