    The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There is a pregnant woman who works there at night who has horrible customer service. Apparently Taco Bell will just hire anyone. This lady should be fired.

    So incredibly slow. Painfully slow. I heard employees in the back laughing and messing around. How about do your jobs instead?? Not to mention the food was terribly put together and some of it was straight up gross. I am so disappointed with this location.

    This is the BEST Taco Bell in Columbus. Don’t waste your time at the Edinburgh exit either. Just come on down to this location. Food was fresh and made right! The dining room was spotless. Staff friendly, it’s got it all!

    The employee I first encountered in the drive thru tonight was very unprofessional, rude and condescending. Her makeup appeared heavily applied and was flaking during my time there. In a food service environment that could be a hygiene concern and pose a contamination risk. The employees always ignore customers in the lobby. There is no sense of "customer first" or urgency to make sure the customers leave satisfied.

    Me and my friend put in 2 online orders. We got the build your own crave boxes. The potatoes were full and steaming.the nacho fries were phenomenal. Very well seasoned and delicious. The crunch rap was nice and tight. Baja blast 👍🏻
