Clearly, they do not take the time to help their customers fix a simple problem that now caused you guys to have extra pizzas, which I imagine the guys would be proud to eat. The only good thing is he managed to give me back my money.

They took my order, but when I got to the papa John's on the west side of town, the door was locked and when I called to talk to someone, they said they tried to call me back to cancel my order, because they were closing in AN HOUR, and wouldn't be able to get to my order, but No one answered they said.. So I called the store in Columbus on Pennsylvania St. And they were also going to close in an hour, but took my order, but would not deliver it to the west side PJ were I was picking up my original order, made me drive all the way into town and my order ($58.25), was $4.00 more for the ECACT same order!. Bad customer service. Pizza wasn't great. Over priced. What a RIP OFF!!!
