The bathrooms were very dirty. No TP or paper towels. And the dirty dish stand was stacked up. And no they were not busy. Maybe 10 people. We did not stay. My daughter got some cookies and we left. I was very disappointed. This location is usually clean and I have no complaints. BUT... Bad night? Poor management? Whatever the issue get it together! Thanks!
- AAamymm5Dec 10, 20251.0This location is a joke. I put an order in 2 days ahead of time to pick up 4 dozen sliced and toasted bagels for work meetings. They needed picked up at 6 am when the facility opened. Their website said that it would be aound 6:10. That was no problem. I show up to grab my order and was immediately confronted by two employees, both of whom had an attitude. I was told that they haven't even started my order and that there is never a guarantee that an order would be ready at 6 am, that is when they open and there isn't enough time . I was then told that they wouldn't even have the stock for my order. Again, I placed the order 2 days in advance. First, if they were not going to be ready, how about a call to the number on my order for a heads up? Second if its not a possibility to have them that early, why does the website offer that? Third, if you have a few large orders come in for an early morning pick up, a good management team would call their crew in early to execute those orders. Especially if your business is catering to the people. I asked for a redund and will not be back. I really enjoy Panera Bread, but we will not be utilizing this facility ever again. I work for a very large company. You all messed up today. Attn general managers, you might want to reevaluate your staff.
