    Ordered online and it was ready when I got to the drive-thru ten minutes later. Everything was there and the food was good.

    Ordered through our app on Friday September 12 around 6pm and the drive thru female staff with the ponytails was so rude! I asked if there was Arby's sauce she looked at me and said I don't know while passing the bags to me. I didn't take as I thought she would put sauce in the bag instead she said " take it" got sauce and handed to me without saying thank you! How nice!

    I am an Arby's fan, but this had to have been the worst one I have been to in a long time. My boneless wings were not fully cooked, luckily I noticed before swallowing and spit out the uncooked chicken. Fries were undercooked as well. They also had the lobby music way too loud...
