    Ordered online and it was ready when I got to the drive-thru ten minutes later. Everything was there and the food was good.

    Ordered through our app on Friday September 12 around 6pm and the drive thru female staff with the ponytails was so rude! I asked if there was Arby's sauce she looked at me and said I don't know while passing the bags to me. I didn't take as I thought she would put sauce in the bag instead she said " take it" got sauce and handed to me without saying thank you! How nice!

    Ordered the steakhouse burger combo did not know it came raw in the inside staff and mgnt said it comes like that there is no advertisement it is raw in middle it totally grossed me out ruined my lunch break there should be a pic of pink part showing you otherwise I would've ordered well done I already took bite and swallowed didn't see it was raw til next bite which I did not take that next bite they gave me my money back
