  Came here while it was dead (party of 2) (only 1 other table) and the server Luisa was beyond rude. It took 25 mins to be seated and 30 mins before we were asked for our order (when the 1 other table that came in had drinks and food before we were even asked) and she did not ask one time if we needed refills, or if the food was okay (she forgot 2 things and disappeared before we could say anything) and when asked for said items she seemed aggravated. Waited another 20 mins for her to grab the bill when she had walked past it and looked at it multiple times and had already gotten rid of the other table long ago. Her attitude and energy was so off putting i will not be coming back. I completely understand if it was busy but it was completely dead. If i were you, i would just ask for another server. Do not waste your time.

  I called to see why our order was canceled on Grubhub. The guy I talked to sounded like he was strung out (6:30 Saturday 1/3/26). He was confused about everything I said. I just kept repeating myself over and over. I asked him to give me his name or a manager to speak to. So after about two minutes he finally figured out how to hang up the phone. I remember now why we haven’t had Bw’s in 3 years, no customer service.

  We were sat by a waitress with brown hair in a claw clip. We sat there for 15 minutes.. no one took our drink order… then we hear claw clip arguing with another curly haired waiter. They are now both going back and forth because they don’t want our table. Mid argument claw clip girl grabs her vape and hits it on the floor. (We also noticed the couple next to us was seated 10 minutes after us and was helped immediately). All while we are listening to this very unprofessional argument, we are looking around to see if someone will serve us, but no-one ended up coming so we left. As we left she was cursing under her breath and making comments about us.

  We arrived around 5:30pm and requested a table for 8. We were seated within a few minutes but only 2 of us were there at that time. After 15 minutes all members of the rest of our party had arrived. No server had acknowledged us at this point we thought it was because our entire party wasn’t there yet. We sat for another 15 minutes with zero acknowledgement and finally had to ask for a server. The girl that took our table claimed it wasn’t her section but she would wait on us. She had all of the tables around us, so I do suspect it was already supposed to be her table. She finally took our order and it took 10 minutes to get drinks. Another 10 minutes went by and we got 1 appetizer. We had ordered two appetizers. Another 20 minutes or so went by and we got food. She brought the second appetizer we had ordered it was ice cold and the cheeseburger we had ordered was also cold. We had to ask 3 times to get the applesauce for our 3 year old. She finally brought it, with no spoon. The 3 year old was trying to eat applesauce with a fork because that was all we had. We never got asked for drink refills. Our service and our food was bad. We were in the restaurant for over 2 hours with two small children, no drink refills and cold food. Very disappointed. $120 down the drain for a terrible experience. And it wasn’t that the restaurant was just too busy, we watched many people in other sections get seated after us and get their food timely and back out of the restaurant in less than an hour.
