  This place has taken a deep dive downhill waited in line with 1 person in front of me for an hour and 45 minutes. All the employees done was stand in a circle and talk. To bad I already paid by time I realized they wasnt just busy and was standing talking I would have left. Couldn't get the 1 guy off his phone to come to the window ended up leaving with half of what I ordered bevause I was just done with the place.

  Took 40 min to serve 4 vehicles including myself in the drive thru. Food was not even warm.

  Store is dirty and customer service was minimal the food was thrown together and sauce all over the wrapper. Also the toilet in the mens bathroom had poop on it. I told employees and not one person did i see go in to clean it up while i was there. Will not be back!

  Manager making their employees come in when the half of Indiana is on a travel ban(red) is irresponsible. I seen it on fb and called just to double check. Manager should be FIRED!!!

  Went to the Arbys on 25th St. In Columbus Indiana. Was served by a wonderful lady named Ruby. She made sure our order was correct and she was so friendly and helpful. Ruby had a beautiful smile and a sweet personality. She made us feel so welcomed. It was a wonderful experience. Food was good too.
