  Slow service , If you are not going to have someone manning a register out front you should at least have someone checking with your customers instore and providing customer service for whatever is needed. But of coarse you have no register out front so it is just a wasteland out there.

  No cashier, Got an attitude when we needed help with kiosk and asked if we could just get a cashier. Card only no printed option for receipt. Employees complaining about it being a holiday weekend and people eating out. Employees going outside to socialize with people in vehicles. Handing cups to friends. Needed a pass code to use washroom. Not customer friendly.

  We ordered 4 crunch wrap supremes and 4 Baja blasts plus a beefy 5 layer burrito The cost was 40 freaking dollars so I thought, surely we’ll actually get what we ordered Wrong. We got chalupa supremes I’m not super happy about it

  I was just in the drive thur i'm ordered the cheesy cord data combo and ten paste nugget, and two chilopas, and everything was rock hard and not even eatable and they will not answer their phones.It goes to an automated message paid 35$ just to throw it away in the trash it's bullshit
