  I'm a frequent McDonald's customer, but unfortunately, this is the first time I've encountered racist attitudes and disdain. We were passing through this state, ordered at the kiosk as usual, took a table number, and waited for our order. There were a couple of other white Americans who also ordered, and everyone's food was brought to their tables. And when it was our turn to order, a woman wearing glasses started shouting our table number across the room. When I approached, the food wasn't even on a tray. Everything had put in a bag. To be honest, I'm very disappointed with this attitude.

  im not usually kind of person. that leaves review. with that said. I stop by this mc d once in a while. tried kiosk that didn't work out so step and was greeted by a young lady. I say greeted that would imply smile a good morning something to that effect. not happening this morning I had to repeat my order for breakfast burrito extra value meal with sprite several times but was determined to keep my pleasant morning going. another employee asked if she had it. young lady claim she did. so I spoke up and let her know I need the extra value meal. I could clearly see what she was entering 1 bb and soft drink at this point other employee came back so I repeated my order to her Initial order taker gave sour look said she was new . still determined to keep good attitude I says hey we are all new at some point. keep in mind I was trying to keep some levity in situation. then got the crappy look from second employee. and I thought well I could see where those seeds were down . at that point my pleasant morning took a left turn . look im small business owner my self . I would want to know if my employees were treating a customer in this fashion. personally I dont want to cause big issue over this but your girl might better serve you in roll that doesn't require smile and a pleasant greet. as for myself I won't be patronizing this place in future

  I ordered 2 snack wraps tonight and they were good! I've been to other McDonalds and ordered wraps that were not so great... Anyways, whoever was on the line and made the wraps tonight (Monday, March, 23rd) did a better job than most. Keep this employee, they do a good job. 👍🏻

  I have been to this McDonalds location a couple times on my way back home from my mini trips to Warsaw. I went through the drive thru and got some ice cream🍦🍧🍨✨️. Food just like any other McDonalds❤️🍟🍔🍗🍰🍪🍩🍦, the service was excellent, nice, and professional when I went and everytime I went here to the drive thru. Atmosphere just like any other McDonalds except the location is different and in Columbia City❤️. Excellent service 👏🏻 👍🏻 👌🏻 ✨️ especially through the drive thru. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
