  I was blown away by my first trip to Jimmy John's. We don't have them where I live in NY. The food was good but what stood out to me was the service. The entire crew was teenagers and they were all polite, attentive and quick. They asked where I was from and we started a small conversation. I mentioned I was in town for a family members funeral and they all gave their condolences. I didn't know what to order since it was my first time and they didn't rush me, just let me look and take my time. Great customer service from these young folks. Thanks for the delicious sandwich 😁

  Almost no meat. Mostly veggies and wrap. Not as much potato salad in the container. Not worth the money. We ordered again tonight. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. The order was incorrect. I ordered a wrap and I got white bread. The wrap that my husband got had so little meat or cheese that it was hard to find. It appeared to have less than an ounce of meat and cheese. That is way too much money for mostly wrap with mostly lettuce on it. Not what I had hoped for. I want my money back.

  Good place to eat .. but recently they had me waiting in line over 10 min to order helping the other person In front of me like someone could have said sorry I'll get with u soon or had someone bring me my sandwich still but I had to then go inside to get it.. which was annoying . They could have done that better. But usually good place to eat

  Takes them 30 to 40 minutes to deliver one sub that is literally a 4 minute drive down the road.... thats after get the notification that its out for delivery

  Usually have great service here. Today took much longer than usual and I used my free cookie that I had earned and when I got home it wasn’t in the bag. The new toasted pizza sub was great though!
