went in tonight and noticed one of the girls gathering her coworkers to laugh at someone thru the drive thru .. very unprofessional and i was very disappointed by it . DO BETTER !!

I ordered a Roast Beef combo and it was done and ready really fast. Everyone was super friendly. Restaurant was clean.

Honestly one of the better Arby's I've been to. The interior is clean and the food has always been good for an Arby's. The only issue I have is that - I don't even like seeing customers harp on staff, let alone their managers. Whoever the older woman is that seems to be a manager, the last few times I've been she's been loudly sighing, throwing her hands up, and complaining about how she "can't keep doing it" and how nothing is right. The rest of the staff have always been helpful, but when one needed her advice on how to process a coupon I handed over (which is fine), she threw the calculator down on the counter in front of him and told him to figure it out. She's extremely disrespectful to the rest of her staff, and I don't like it, especially when the rest of the staff are all very kind and polite every time I've been in there. They deserve respect, especially when it's already hard to find consistent work in some areas, and they've always been perfectly professional and courteous toward me. The lobby is clean, the food has been made right every time I've been, there has literally never been an issue I could see when she's been berating the rest of the staff about how she doesn't want to come into work and "deal with all this."
