  I normally love they're drinks but when you have three teens who would rather gossip then do they're job and not help a customer with questions so they can find the right thing it Sullies the mood

  The weekday morning crew here is seriously amazing! They’re fast, kind, and make my mornings better almost every day. Customer service like that is rare and they deserve recognition for how well they treat people! Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the weekend morning crew. The one time I came through on a Saturday employees were making fun of me and even using my name while doing it. That’s not professional and definitely not how customers should be treated. If you want a good experience, go on weekday mornings!!

  Terrible knowledge of coffee drinks. Absolutely terrible. And their frapp machine is broke. I keep going and asking if it's fixed and they say no. They finally told me they weren't getting a new one so I'm switching to going when I'm in Fort Wayne. I got a couple non-frap drinks and they were just terrible. Too expensive to go home and dump out.

  There was a glove in my drink. Very grossed out now. I went to get a new one and should’ve just gotten a refund. How do I know they didn’t just take it out and give me the drink back. I can’t trust that. No way am I drinking this. First and last time here
