- ESEmma SutfinFeb 21, 20261.0Worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had. Food order was rang in wrong and we received a 3pc instead of 6. We ignored this because it came with the free sundae coupon. Upon going back up, there was one person in front of me who seemed to be friends with some of the workers. I could overhear them having a conversation that was not appropriate for work. After he got his food, I ordered a mini blizzard, a sundae, and a kids cup. I waited for 10 minutes on my three items while I watched all 4 employees (manager included) stand around and talk to each other, in no particular rush to do their jobs. Out of all 4, only one person was making my ice cream while the other three talked to and distracted her. When I finally got my ice cream, my kids cup was a cone flipped into a cup after I specified when ordering no cone, only cup. After all this, when we went to leave 2 employees were talking behind the counter while another sat and ate ice cream with dirty tables all around her. I wouldn’t come back here even if the food was free 🤷🏻♀️
