  Yall always mess up the food no matter how i come get it/ order it. Thanks to the constant incompetence of these employees, I didnt get dinner tonight because it was wrong. I NEVER go to this wendys when i have the choice. This isnt that hard- read the ticket, make whats on the ticket, serve correct item. Its done right at other Wendy's, so maybe this owner/ manager who just dossnt care.

  I ordered food through the drive through that I found a bandaid in. If this location was following proper food safety and correctly training their employees, that employee should have been wearing a glove over the bandaid or not at work. They admitted that their employee was not following protocol. I have been in contact with the manager of this location and the district manager, who told me they would refund my food. on 3/23/26 I was told that I would receive a refund for the food, but as of 4/3/26 I still have not been refunded. I emailed both of them again on 4/1/26 saying that I have not received a refund and received no response from either person to that email on 4/1. Not only do they not follow proper food safety, they are not refunding orders that their employees literally contaminated. Edit to update: as of 4/6/26 I still do not have the refund. I submitted this review on 4/3/26 and very soon after submitting this negative review, I district manager responded to my email saying she would check up on this. The manager of this Wendy's responded to those emails on 4/5/26, saying she would "check on this and get back to me'. Initially in my review I did not mention about how the manager hung up on me when I initially called to notify them about the baidaid in my food. When I first called the store after seeing the bandaid, I was immediately put on hold, then after a few minutes I was hung up on. The manager later explained that the hang up was a accident (and I gave them the benefit of the doubt), but after reading other reviews of this specific Wendy's, hanging up on customers seems to be a common issue and I wanted to add that they are continuing to do this. Second edit: I am writing this on 4/13/2026. After updating this review on 4/6/26, I received an email from the store manager that forwarded an email from an unknown person (who I am assuming is some finance person but there is no indication of who this new person is) saying that the order had been refunded. The refund showed as pending on my card later in the day on on 4/6, and was fulled refunded/posted on 4/8/26. The effort it took to get a refund after finding a literal bandaid in my food: 16 days to be fully refunded, contacting both the store and district manager, two follow up emails to remind both of these people to process my refund, and making and updating this review to get responses to my follow up emails and my review put through. 0/5, Not following protocols to literally prevent biohazards from entering food, horrible customer service and management, and seemingly only take action after online reviews. Avoid this one.
