  The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. We used the ordering kiosk, so our interaction with staff was minimal, but everyone seemed pleasant. They were fairly busy, but still received our food quickly.

  Worse customer service ever. I order a chicken noodle soup online. I was sent a message saying my food was ready at 3:29pm went to the window they say its not ready. I did not get my SOUP until 4:13pm. No explanation, didn't offer anything for the wait. Just terrible. How am I waiting almost an hour for soup? Welp I lied its 4:18 and I still haven't received my food. Currently looking for the corporate number.

  The sips club rewards drinks have changed and no longer include the bubblers. Why pay to get a discount on a drink when it is supposed to be free? I am disappointed in you Panera! I have been a sips club member for 3 years and when I went to order a citrus punch I was told it was discontinued. I tried to order the blueberry lavender lemonade a d was told it was discontinued. Then I was informed of the scam you pulled to limit the sips rewards to basic fountain drinks, coffee or tea... 100% switch up without warning. I canceled my sips club rewards bc of this. The drinks you now offer for sips club rewards are generic and none in which I consume. Tragic murder of a fan...

  I love Panera and order here several times a week. I get the same thing every time and the food is always good. My complaint is when I order on the app, I order "double chicken" on my sandwich and am charged an extra $2 plus change for DOUBLE the amount of chicken. It is never double. The chicken ranges from being barely anything extra to, I can't even tell if they put anything extra on the sandwich. I have called several times and asked them to ensure it is double the amount of chicken, not just extra, but double. The times I call are the only times I receive the correct amount, so I know what double looks like and I know how much I am supposed to be getting. Panera, either ensure that the order modifications are followed properly, or stop charging $2.50 for double. Normally I wouldn't even bother writing a review for something like this. I just want what I pay for.
