On Tuesday, October 21st I pulled in to the drive through and three different employees told me it was a shift change in the first five minutes before leaving me to sit in silence for an additional five minutes. Today, October 23rd, I pulled up and they were only accepting cash at the drive through but would take card inside. I entered the restaurant where no staff were acknowledging customers except to ask if they were Door Dash or Grub Hub. The rest of us were left to use the kiosks to place our order. In the course of 15 minutes, the staff questioned every new arrival if they were from one of the apps while letting orders pile up behind them rather than bag them for the customers who were waiting for their food. I saw my food sitting getting cold before someone finally gave it to me. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and two cheesy bacon baked potatoes. Since it took so long to get my meal from this “fast food” establishment, I ate the nuggets in the car. Upon getting back to work, I discovered that both potatoes were half raw and uncooked. This Wendy’s should disclose if they only serve app users rather than normal customers.
