Once the order is placed you can track it on your phone for when to pick up your order at the counter on the right. There are a bunch of seating options available. After you're done eating take your items to the front where you find trash cans to dump the trash and to place the plates.

I was disappointed to find that the ordering kiosks have been removed, which made the ordering process feel inefficient. I waited approximately eight minutes trying to get assistance, and during that time, other customers were served ahead of me even though I was waiting first. Due to the delay and confusion, I chose to leave and instead visited Mr. Gatti’s near Greentree Mall, where I received excellent service and had my food within two minutes of entering.
