I was disappointed to find that the ordering kiosks have been removed, which made the ordering process feel inefficient. I waited approximately eight minutes trying to get assistance, and during that time, other customers were served ahead of me even though I was waiting first. Due to the delay and confusion, I chose to leave and instead visited Mr. Gatti’s near Greentree Mall, where I received excellent service and had my food within two minutes of entering. - MSMary SummersNov 25, 20255.0I was at this Panera the same day as Althea (review below) and witnessed the "rude confrontation." Not only was our food delicious, the restaurant clean, the staff friendly, I can report that the GM was nothing but professional as he was being hounded to discount food because someone couldn't read the menu correctly. After she argued about the clear as day writing on the menu and tried to get free food, she tried to go behind the counter to take a picture of the large menu and when she was told she wasn't allowed to go behind the counter she said she'd be giving a bad review. A bit Karen-ish for the simple fact she couldn't read the menu and ordered incorrectly instead of owning and accepting that she made a mistake. I'll be back to this location for sure.

There was a misunderstanding with our order and the way he talked to me, a 70 year old woman was horrible. I would have been fine to accept whatever he said had he been nice about it. I’ve never had such a confrontation in my whole life. Other employees were apologizing to me! So rude. Will not be back.

Instead of trying to work it out he rudely said you ordered it you paid for it, that’s what you get. And that would have been fine if he’d have been respectful. Once it was over 2 employees apologized to me for his behavior and said he is the rudest manager. Also the apples that came with the kids meal were brown, the food was cold. Will not be back.
