Went to Outback Steakhouse with my wife for my birthday, and it was honestly the worst restaurant experience we’ve had in a long time.
The restaurant was uncomfortably cold from the moment we sat down. After ordering, we waited nearly an hour for our food and never saw our server again. Someone else eventually dropped the meals off without checking on us once.
Every item arrived room temperature. We both ordered our steaks medium, but they came out bloody rare, and mine was very spicy for some reason — For a steakhouse, that’s the one thing you expect them to get right.
We ate about half before giving up, paid at the table, and left. Ended up grabbing pizza on the way home. Total waste of time and over $100 and a miserable birthday dinner experience.

Went on a Saturday with my husband and expected it to be busy but it was an absolute crap show. After waiting 45 mins for a table (which was expected) things started off great. Our server was prompt to get our drink orders and then our orders. Drinks, bread and appetizers came out quickly. Then it went downhill. It was annoying enough that the restaurant itself was somewhat cold, after waiting over 30 mins (again expected) for our food it came out barely warm. Neither Steak was cooked correctly (ordered medium) one came out medium rare and the other was rare, bloody, and both were way over seasoned. The shrimp and lobster tail were not even warm. The girl that dropped the food off did not check to see if we needed anything and our server did not check on us again. As someone who has worked as a server for years I understand being busy and things being crazy but I don’t understand this level of terrible. And as the person that just paid $120 for a meal for two where I only ate the baked potato I’m angry and honestly have zero interest in ever eating at an Outback again!

Went tonight...I work in resturants..we wanted to go to our favorite spot but decided to give u all another chance... we got rt in no wait. Our waiter came over rt away. Didnt suggest an app a drink or the 3 course starting at at 14.99... My partner steak was to be med rare..came out like it had just been slaughtered... waiter grabbed a plate brought it back to kitchen why not just make a fresh one???? It came back out only to b tough as beef Jerky or a hockey puck... he seemed to be focused on something else. I had to ask the host other waitresses to grab an extra soda.i wanted another glass of wine was never asked. Never even offered dessert. It will take a lot for me to ever visit again.

I'm a simple man. I come in and I order steak medium rare. Steak comes to the table perfectly cooked. I ordered the Ribeye and my date ordered the Strip. Both were cooked amazingly. The strip had a nice char crust. Blooming onion is always delicious. Waitress could have checked on us a little more but maybe she was busy.

I had a reservation on Valentine’s Day through their online portal since 4pm EST. We show up at 8:44 and the hostest can not find our reservation. Worst experience ever, what the point in an online booking form if it doesn’t work? And then she proceeded to tell us we had to wait an hour for a table. What a joke
