- MMMichaelOct 31, 20251.0Terribly disappointed!! We were seated promptly in a bar area right side booth. After drink orders, our server disappeared. Another server brought the drinks. After a 20+ minute wait, we asked the hostess for our waiter or anyone who could take our order. She could not find the server. After waiting another 10 minutes and no server, we left $6.00 cash for our drinks (coffee and unsweetened tea) on the table and walked out. Also the hostess was missing at the front station when we walked out. It was mid afternoon with hardly any other customers there. No excuse for this level of delay and inattention!!
- AAariOct 26, 20253.0I usually never write reviews because i'm a server myself but our service experience was horrible. we came on Sunday around 2pm and it wasn't busy. our server didn't check on us, barely interacted with us, and my sandwich had stuff on it that I requested off and she didn't come to check on us after food was brought to the table. very slow service and I didn't even know what her name was. we also got the 3 course meal deal and didn't receive our cheesecakes with our meal
