I went through the drive-thru on 3/2/26 at 8:04PM. I ordered the Fish Filet & Nuggets for 6 dollars, and a juice box. I get to the window to pay, and the young lady says that will be $11.65. So I ask why I didn’t get the 2 for $6.00 special. She leans out the window, and points at the huge sign out front that says it’s a 10 piece nugget, not a 6 piece, with a smirk and a snide attitude. I say ok, my fault.
Why would I want to pay more for less nuggets? Why wouldn’t she guide me, or ask if I wanted the special which she knew I was attempting to order? She definitely knew where the sign was she pointed out so rudely. Anyways, I get to the second window, and there’s another girl, who obviously thinks it’s funny. After a minute or so, she asks me to pull up, and wait for my order. I just decided it was best to let you all have the $11.65, and I’ll just never return to this McDonalds. Just keep the money. I’ll go somewhere else. Even though I work a quarter mile from it, and they’ve messed up my order at least a dozen times over the years.
Artificial Intelligence will be the best thing to ever happen to McDonald’s, and their customers. I can’t wait for the robots to replace these disrespectful children you have working. I can’t wait for the robots to take my order properly, bag it properly, and so on. You lost a customer over $11.65, bad attitudes, and being unprepared.
I went around and took a picture of the sign that shows the group that owns this location, and many others. I’ll never visit a McDonald’s owned by this group again. Get your staff trained properly. Horrible experience. You don’t deserve the one star.

The dining area wasn’t clean and I sat in something wet that smelt like pee the fries were cold and stale and the drinks tasted watered down

I’m giving this overall review 1 star for the food, the service, and the atmosphere all together. I am a valued customer and they know me, I order from there all the time. Yet whenever I go there at around 3:45 a.m. because me and my fiance are hungry, it is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I get there and the lady told me that she is sorry but unfortunately we are switching over and the system is updating, and I said okay how long until I can order then? She couldn’t even give me a specific time frame. Then just said to go ahead and order, I ordered 3 Mc chickens and 2 large fries with 2 large orange juices. I kind of knew what to expect but I didn’t expect to get ICE COLD FRIES, not to mention whenever I was in drive thru the guys name who is Jesse had something smart to say in the background as I was paying for my food, and the lady said she was sorry but I told her that I didn’t hear him and that I wasn’t worried about it, I think it’s very disrespectful of him and I wish I would of heard it because he would of heard from me right back. Like I said the fries were ice cold and I kind of knew what to expect, but the guys smart remarks were not needed. Not to mention that like I said I am a valued customer! And the Mc chicken also tasted hard and cold! And not fresh! The worst experience I’ve had yet. If a customer has to come through a drive thru and be disrespected behind their back then I don’t think the person being smart in the background deserves to have a job if they can’t be understanding towards their customers

Mediocre food but the reason for low rating is the horrible customer service. From the cashier to the employee who gave us our food (think it was manager) seriously acted like they hated their job. Did not greet us in anyway but was more rude and acted irritated that we were even there. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a while and I will not be returning, not to this one at least.

I ordered 2 McChickens, and I like ranch with my chicken. I was charged for every ranch I asked for my sandwich’s and was told on the 1st they now charge per ranch if you do not order McNuggets. This place is a joke and has been for a while. I don’t recommend this location.
