I honestly don’t see how they could think that. Sauces - Fire in da Hole is 🔥 in your mouth - I recommend mixing the hot and pimento ranchero for a unique buffalo sauce - The hot sauce by itself is indeed hot but still enjoyable. Sides - fries are well seasoned - coleslaw with vinegar sauce means it’s not dry, but not wet either. - I also ordered the fried pickles which came well seasoned. Would be great if these were covered in garlic. Overall - Joelle’s is worth the hype with very friendly and helpful staff - but most important is great food that keeps you coming back.
