  Do not go here. Went into the bathroom and there was tons of pee all over the seats, Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The staff here is wildly incompetent, mainly this heavier set man who’s apparently the manager. He messed up my sandwich twice, was extremely unprofessional. Never had any good experiences here with the staff although the food is always ok.

  I love Jimmy John’s always will no matter what but when I ask if you can put extra mayo on my sandwich and it doesn’t come with any I’m gonna be disappointed and not wanna eat there again.Im just a pregnant lady that wants what she bought.It says on the receipt xtra mayo and on ur screen and you still messed up.Im very upset and idk if I will order here again this is the 2nd time this has happened in the past month .

  Will not be back! Didn't ask for a toasted sandwich but got one anyway Im easy so said sure its ok it was already getting toasteed,couldn't see my sandwich getting made because of something blocking the fixens,and then my sandwich was burnt! Couldn't see it until I got down the road because it was wrapped up so fast and I tipped a 15% tip for what? Garbage 😡this wouldn't let me add a pic but I do have one! Not a happy customer at all

  There’s a heavy set gentleman there that does not have the best attitude. Along with that he wears blue gloves to sweep the floors, take your cash, wipe off tables, then will make your sandwich, but not before wiping the sweat off his forehead with his gloved hands. Not one time does he change gloves. I left before I even ordered after watching all that take place. Was absolutely disgusted. The remainder of the staff, they change their gloves and are clean in nature when handling food. So hats off to them. Especially the shorter gentleman with the beard. Very friendly and down to earth person. Not a bad establishment, good food, just clean the few things mentioned and it would be better.

  Ordered online and went to pick up. There was only 1 person working. He was super friendly and the food was fresh. His customer service was beyond my expectation, and he truly made my day.
