It seems no amount of new management will fix the kitchen getting my to go orders correct. They either always forget something, or get it wrong. I ordered a to go app sampler with sliders, fried pickles, chili crisp wings, and onion rings with beer cheese and southwest ranch. See photo below. I definitely did not get what I ordered.....again. The fix? I had to drive to the store to pick up the correct half of my order. Now, the person on the phone was very nice and apologetic. And I've never had an issue with eating at the restaurant. I just won't order to go anymore unless I'm picking it up. I wasted $10 on fees and tip and ended up having to pick it up anyway. Which is the annoying part. So my food that I originally ordered was wrong and cold, then spent 20-30 minutes picking up food and driving back home, and the pickles were pale and cold as well as the beef cheese. Stone cold. No compensation was ever offered.
