  Excellent fresh Roast Beef. I asked for crinkle cut and got curly fries but it wasn't the end of the world. I would recommend this location. Parking lot could have used a good sweep

  Would give 0 stars for this location if I could. Been there twice and both times their fryers were broken. Asked for a refund for my app order and was told rudely by the assistant manager Austen Braden that they couldn't give me my refund because I placed the order on the app. I asked for Arby's corporate number and he gave me a bogus one. I called the store manager and left a message no call back or anything. Submitted a complaint online and again crickets. I will starve rather than order from this store ever again. Rude, unprofessional and they never refunded me for the canceled order.

  Malachi and Liam are a big reason for the 5 stars. Liam helped us with our order on the register and he was excellent. Very competent in taking all the order correctly, let us know ahead of time it may take longer (we ordered 3 deluxe fish sandwiches) but the food was hot and fresh, and even delivered our food to the table when it was ready. Malachi also stepped up and delivered our food and also gave us coupons for our next visit because of the delay in cooking the food fresh, which was unnecessary but very sweet and thoughtful. The entire time we were there the staff were keeping themselves busy with preparing orders, cleaning, wiping up and managing the restaurant. Bathrooms were clean and tidy too. Great work training your staff!

  Employee who took my order was kind and helpful. I had a chicken, bacon and swiss it was fresh and hot. Crinkle fries were hot and really good.
