  Just went through drive thru for the wife, grandson and me. We were looking forward to the breakfast. I ordered (2) sausages and pancakes, sausages n cheese McMuffin, extra sausage patty, and a sausage egg n cheese McGriddle. Get home and what do I find cold pancakes, sausage, and no McGriddle to be found. Called up to speak with manager about order. Although she apologized and offered for me to came back up and get a free sandwich. I’m not getting back in the car to drive to get a sandwich. Instead of that I asked if she could put my name down so next time I’m up there I could get the free sandwich. Instead she did not answer but just hung up on me. As a family who supports local businesses this particular McDonalds has to be the worse we have ever encountered. I do not say this lightly. I can not count on my hand how many times the Frappe machine was broken, no shakes available, no large cups, missing order items, absolutely no excuse for the rudeness. Probably one of our worst experiences was when we ordered breakfast and was told to pull up so the could make us fresh hash browns and eggs. They brought out order about 10 mins later. We get home and what do we find, no hash browns or eggs we told to pull for. So, until management or owners get these matters under control they will only worse reviews and lose business. I hate leaving this review but today’s experience was the last straw for me. I could not take the disrespect of hanging up on me lightly. Thanks

  I went through the drive thru tonight and the crew was awesome. Dylan took my order and he was very friendly. the food was as yummy as McDonald’s can be.

  We have made three mobile orders in a row and every time they sandwiches were made wrong due to a allergy, or food was missing, the store really has an issue with paying attention to what they're supposed to be making.

  Placed big order 2 of 3 happy meals no sandwich. No biggie everyone makes mistakes. Went back to get 2 cheeseburgers nothing special been waiting 30 minutes. Thought an order messed up would be a little bit of priority. To bad
