The person taking our order had to repeat things multiple times—it wasn’t clear whether she couldn’t hear us or if the system they’re using is just outdated. After placing our order at the drive-thru, we were asked to pull into a parking spot to wait. The wait itself was only about 3 minutes, which wasn’t bad, but when we got our food, my husband’s order was missing entirely. The quality of the food was also subpar. What was supposed to be cheese curds looked more like a greasy clump of cheese. The chicken strip box was missing the gravy, the tenders were noticeably smaller than usual, and the fries were soggy and overly greasy. I posted a picture to show the size difference. Everything tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. Unfortunately, this was the worst DQ experience we've ever had. Positive note the Texas toast was perfect..
