My card, came back, and my gift card was gone.. assistant manager refused to give her name a refused, assisting me, and looking at the video and seeing what happened to the gift card. Very unprofessional and rude. Just be careful going to this establishment a bunch of thieves.
- MMMaryAug 10, 20251.0We stopped by this restaurant and wow, the service is quite frankly the worst and appalling. First, the older blond woman manager flung a bag and was yelling at customers. The other people making the sandwiches messed up orders, allowed cross contamination by mixing toppings and then dumping contents back to into the containers that all had to use so this is a big concern if someone has celiacs or allergies. They were also getting super mad and annoyed when they realized they were out of all most materials and bread to make sandwiches. Honestly, this is quite a poorly run subway, so please take your money elsewhere. The blond manager in particular is doing a poor job and I saw her yelling at her employees too. Most subways are good, but this one emphasizes the SUB in subway with its SUB-par food and service.
