I ask this lady stocking in the isle if she could help me, with a big smile she set her stuff down secured the area by making sure her stuff was not in anyone's way, she then proceeded to ask me what she could help me with? I explain to her I just download the app and I do not understand how to use it, she went over and above from showing me what I had to do when there was a barcode for the item, to locating when u don't have to clip an item and how to use the app it made it so much easier then searching all items since I did not have time to look earlier. Jenny C said; You know you get great savings through Jewel and I am all about saving customers money if at all possible. I was much calmer after her taking time to show me and actually enjoyed the app. I want her to be recognized for her exceptional job ethic, compassion for the store and the care for her customers! You could tell she truly enjoys her work. Her name is Jenny C.
