Lady in drive thru claimed it was because "they're short staffed" which is funny because apparently three people isn't enough for an ice cream place during the winter. They probably got one car per 5 minutes. I used to work fast food short handedly so I understand but this is still absurd. Lady that was on drivethru hears me talking to myself as I assume she was smoking something outside when they're "short staffed". I don't know if they were messing with us or what but both me and my gf's shake had a weird chemical taste to it. They were either trying to poison us for being frustrated or they were cleaning their machines hours early before close because they're so "short staffed" they were carelessly cleaning and making the ice cream. I took one sip and then demanded a refund.
