  I had a really unpleasant experience with the big guy behind the counter. When I asked for double steak, he barely added any extra to the bowl. When I requested double again, he gave me attitude and said, “That is double steak.” It made the whole experience frustrating and disappointing.

  I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and overall had a pretty decent experience. The service was one of the highlights of the visit. The staff moved quickly and were friendly while taking orders, which made the process smooth and efficient. Even during the time I was there, the team seemed organized and focused on keeping the line moving while still being polite to customers. The food itself was good, though there is still a little room for improvement in terms of quality and consistency. It was enjoyable overall, but not necessarily the best I’ve had. That said, it was still satisfying and prepared fairly quickly. Another positive was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area appeared clean and well maintained, which always makes a difference when choosing a place to sit down and eat. Overall, it was a solid experience with good customer service and a friendly staff. While there’s always room for improvement with the food, it’s still a decent option if you’re looking for a quick and reliable meal. I would recommend it if you’re in the area and want something fast and convenient.

  The staff is pretty fast and friendly here. They take care to make sure our order is just the way we want it. The chicken and rice can't be beat! And I always have to get the guacamole and corn relish. Yum!

  Chipotle, Chesterton, IN was horrible. We waited 20 minutes in line to even place our order. There were only 3 customers in front of us. They were working on their drive thru orders & not worrying about the customers in the store. We then asked for sour cream & charged us $1.80. We said we’ve waited 25 min to get this food & you’re charging us?! He laughed at me. Seriously?! You can’t throw this in?! And…..their sidewalks were full of snow! It wasn’t snowing so not sure when it snowed! That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone falls! Extremely disappointed in your store & the manager! The girl who took our order was friendly but she also had to work on the drive thru orders before ours! I guess we should have gone through the drive thru!

  For kids meal, they didn’t allow you pick side like other chipotles. Only provide rice and bean
