- GSGregg Starr3 days ago2.0Have ordered here numerous times since moving into the area. Normally, they make the best sandwiches of any Subway within 10 miles. Last Thursday, however, the dark haired person who made my order was VERY skimpy on toppings, and even forgot to put the Spinach on my sandwich. I don't normally check my order before leaving the restaurant; however, I WILL DO so if I see this same person make my sandwich on future orders. Don't know if it was the owner, but was VERY cheap on toppings (similar to the Subway by Jay C foods in Sellersburg). VERY DISAPPOINTED this time around!!!

So I ordered the special on flatbread. He took a whole flatbread and put the meat and cheese in one corner. He folded it over then folded the end that didn’t have anything in it over top. He rung it up and told me $12 and some cents. I told him I ordered the special and it should be $4.99. He said oh I see that but I can’t fix it. It will be $12 something. I said you can keep it and walked out. He said I’m sorry and I said yeah I’m sorry too!

She asked about, had an order pickup.I said, no, she goes wait a moment, I said, okay.She said, how many sandwiches do you have?I said , one is that okay , she didn't say anything for a brief period of time and then said what bread that is absolutely not the way charlestown indiana should be represented this used to be a nice place to come and get food.I will not be returning.
