We dined in. fries were cold They forgot to make our shakes, and when they did, it looked like vanilla. It was supposed to be chocolate. All the syrup was at the bottom of my mine my sons shake Looked more like vanilla than chocolate it’s not really a poor management. I think it’s more like people don’t care these days. It’s more laziness. definitely need to start going to a different location because the Charlestown location is a pure joke every time

While waiting a worker went to the bathroom very loudly throwing up that we could hear them in the lobby then came out to continue working. The lady that handed us the food was very rude saying it wasn’t our food because my boyfriend went up to get the food instead of me and it was under my name from the mobile app. Ended up just throwing my food away and took the loss on my money.
