  I stopped here yesterday (3/15/26) morning about 9:30 am and it was the worse experience I've ever had at a Dunkin. The lady at the register was stocking donuts at the register and looked like she was mad at the world. Not once did she look up to acknowledge us. Nothing like I'll be right with you, no good morning, nothing. When she finally took our order, she looked disgusted that she even had to take our order and didn't even look at us. Then we get our food which was burnt. I was going to ask for another croissant, and hash browns but the kid who was managing that station took out a tray of them and they were all burnt. That same kid was texting on his phone with gloves on and didn't change his gloves until the girl next to him saw me watching him and told him something. He changed his gloves but then was wiping his gloved hands on his jeans all while handling food. When we finally got our coffee the lady who handed them to us looked confused and I had to remind her that we were still waiting for another coffee. By the time we drove off and had a few sips of our coffee we noticed none of them taste like what we ordered. They did not taste good and we ended up tossing everything in the trash.
