  I pre ordered bagels for a baby shower to pick up at 9:30. I arrive at 9:30 promptly. They can’t find my order takes in a couple minutes. They find it. They say it’ll take a couple minutes away. Give me a refund. I say that’s fine. I need the food. I say I’m gonna go update the people in the car I’ll be right back. I come back inside a few minutes later. Wait 10 minutes. I ask the kid at the front counter to check on my order. He goes back asks about it then he comes up and starts pulling bagels. So now we’re 20 minutes behind and they just started and they’re making the kid at the front do it Instead of the people in the kitchen or the manager who initially offered me a refund. By the way, this order is for 2 dozen bagels and a baguette sliced… that’s it. So to young man working in the front, Tim … he’s the only one who did anything, thank you. The manager who initially helped needs to be fired. We could have gone through the drive-through and gotten this order four times in the amount of time it took for them to get it to us once pre-ordered prepaid.

  This is the second time I have been to a Panera in the past two weeks—what has happened to this place? Both times the service has been non-existent—they are very under staffed. It is sad—it will be my last time.

  I always order online, and get the chicken chipotle avocado melt. Every once in a while, I will get some that was totally thrown together, soggy bread, barely any chicken or avocado. Most of the time the sandwiches are great though. Its super helpful I can order from my desk at work, have the sandwich ready by the time I get there and still warm by the time I get to my desk all within 15 minutes.

  We love Panera Bread. My favorites things there are the Fuji Apple Chicken salad and the Asian Sesame Chicken salad and the Balsamic Chicken Greens & Grains salad. And my favorite soup is the Autumn Squash soup. Anytime I'm craving salad you'll find me @ Panera. They actually have quite a variety of salads-15 different kinds actually, so there's something for every palate. They also have some new salads they've just added. They also have several wonderful sandwiches also. And another favorite thing I love there is their bakery. They also serve breakfast until 10:30 am. In their bakery they have several kinds of homemade bagels, cookies, scones, muffins, etc. You can also buy fresh baked loaves of bread there. If you are craving fresh and tasty you can't go wrong at Panrta Bread.
